Review by hotel critic
Staying at Berwick Street by Q Apartments was a delightful surprise - at first, I had my reservations about the check-in process, which felt a bit overly formal for what I hoped to be a relaxing city escape. Upon arrival, I found a charming apartment that perfectly matched its photos, nestled right in the vibrant heart of Soho, close to Carnaby Street and the buzzing sights of Oxford Circus. The kitchen was well-equipped, allowing for cheerful mornings filled with tea and toast, and the bathroom felt like a decadent retreat with its lovely shower - truly a space to refresh after a day of wandering. The location offered a symphony of sights, theatres, and restaurants just a leisurely stroll away, perfect for someone like me who values comfort wrapped in serenity. Although I missed a personal touch from a host, the privacy of having the entire apartment to myself was enticing. As I sipped my tea, I reflected on the joy of travel, the adventures shared with good friends, or even the quiet moments alone exploring the city's wonders. Berwick Street provided a peaceful sanctuary amid the London bustle, making it one of my hidden gems for future trips.
